ok people im sorry for the shitness of the hacking section at the momment its all a bit spaced im trying to add more while
putting the data in the correct place please bare with me. :)
you can change a password on a pc with out knowing the password. start by opening up command prompt(start>run>cmd) then when in command prompt type "net user" this will give you the names of users on the network then you find whos pass you wana change and type "net user there_username *" then press enter.
you will now be asked to type a new password for the user type the password and hit enter then retype when prompted.
NOTE: you will not see the password being typed!
e.g. net user sam *
